2E1 Camp 2010!!!

Day 1

Reached school at around 7:20 am.Did the usual at hall,but 'escaped' from Mrs Yeo's speech.

Went for a kayaking expedition at Changi Camelot.My partner was Wei Yun.Got seasick halfway and almost puked,but endured till i got back the shore.Took a quick rinse and lunch after kayaking.Had an hour's break.The next activity was rafting.Building a raft was extremely hard for a class,especially when most of the pupils aren't cooperating.So the instructors split our class into two groups.Each group had to build a raft.After completing the both rafts,the instructors tested on it.My group was first to go.Despite our efforts,our raft broke within seconds when we sat on it.However,the second raft was tougher than ours.It only broke after a few minutes(or did it not break??0_O).Had self-cooked instant noodles for dinner and took a bath before sleeping.I slept in a tent with Richard and Viknesh.I had difficulty sleeping as it was very stuffy and there was no wind at all.

Moral of activities:Teamwork.

Day 2

Woke up at 4:45am(supposed to be 6,couldn't sleep).Unpitched tent with Richard and Viknesh,helped others as well.I went to wash up and had a bath.Had breakfast and later took a bus to Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve.At the reserve,we took a long walk and saw mini-crabs,squirrels,egrets and monitor lizards.There were even crocodiles(there are crocs in the reserve?!),but never got a chance to see them.We also saw a group of otters beside a hut(they're cute.).After the walk,we went back to school(Yippeee!) and had lunch(Ewww,lady's fingers).Took a 30 mins break and later went to the ISH.We went to do the CRC(i have no idea what CRC means...).The activites were challenging,heart-pounding and fun(especially the Leap Of Faith).I was about to do my third activity when it drizzled at 4pm(*sigh*).Took a long break and later had an early 5:30pm dinner.After dinner,our class was split into four groups and had to perform a skit later during the campfire.My group decided to do a 'beauty pageant',and Richard and i had to be one of the contestants(errhmm,female...contestants).During the campfire,we sang,we acted,we danced,we laughed.Everyone was active to the max.After the campfire,we(didn't sleep),but discoed in the music room(Woohooo!!).Some were dancing,some were emoing around the corners.What i did?Walked around the music room,shining people's faces with my torchlight(lol).After discoing,we washed up and went to the hall and sleep.Guess what?It's 15 January,everybody sang a 'Happy Birthday' song to me at 12 midnight(Thanks guys).

Day 3(last day,sobT_T)

Woke up at 5:40 in the morning.Rolled up my mat and washed up.Had breakfast at 6:45 am and later,once again,'escaped' from Mrs Yeo's speech.Went to the music room to watch the CPR video again.Unfortunately,Sec 1/4 went to the music room to have music lessons,so we had to move to another room(no air-con T_T).Learnt how to tie different kinds of bandages in the room.Later we went to Lab 4 to do surveys,collect our valuables and went home.
